Oritsé Williams, formerly of boy band JLS, is to front a one-off Channel 4 documentary titled Britain's Youngest Carers, in which he'll meet young carers from across the UK, including a six year old who takes care of his mother, and teenagers who look after their parents.
Williams, who became his mother's carer at the age of 12 when she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, said 'I wanted to make this film on Britain's young carers to bring awareness to the public after feeling isolated as a young carer myself. In this programme I expose the unknown'.
